A world first. One wall. Two worlds.
Join people from all over the world on the world's first pixel wall - from virtual to reality and leave your message.
The project
This is not a house with art.
This is art where people live.
PixArtHome is the world's first collective pixel artwork painted directly onto a real, inhabited family home. Not a gallery. Not a screen. A real wall, on a real street, in a real city — slowly filling with colour, pixel by pixel, person by person.
The idea is simple: the smallest visible unit of the digital world — a pixel — becomes a permanent, physical mark in the real one. What lives for a moment on a screen lives forever on a wall.
Behind this wall is a family. The house was already built, already lived in — and that is exactly the point. PixArtHome does not create a monument. It gives meaning to something that already exists.
"From pixel to person.
From screen to wall.
From the digital world
to something that stays."
How it works
One pixel. One person. One place in history.
Every pixel on the wall corresponds to a real person. The wall is divided into a precise coordinate grid. Each cell is roughly 5 × 5 cm — small enough to be humble, large enough to be seen.
Choose your location
Browse the live wall map. See which pixels are taken, which are reserved, and which are waiting for you. Pick your spot — anywhere on the facade.
Choose your colour
Any colour you want. Your pixel, your expression. Together, thousands of individual choices create something no single person could design alone.
Leave your mark
Add a name, a message, a country. Up to 200 characters — enough for a thought, a dedication, or just a name. It stays in the public registry alongside your pixel, permanently.
It gets painted
Your pixel is physically painted on the wall. Not printed. Not projected. Painted — with real paint, by human hands. The wall grows with every purchase, in real time.
Why it matters
The wall is a mirror of society.
A house remains a house
The windows are never covered. The family still lives inside. The art happens alongside life — not instead of it. The silhouettes visible through the windows are part of the work.
The facade belongs to people
No single colour dominates. No corporation owns a section. The chaotic beauty of thousands of individual choices is the whole point — it looks like society, because it is society.
Digital to permanent
We live in pixels — on screens, in feeds, in moments that vanish. PixArtHome is the opposite: a digital action that becomes a physical, lasting trace. Your pixel does not disappear when you close the tab.
Co-authorship
Every person who joins becomes a co-author of a collective artwork. Not a buyer. Not a donor. An author — with a name, a place, and a colour that is part of the whole.
Gift a pixel
The most unusual gift
someone will ever receive.
A pixel on a real wall is not something you can buy in a shop. It does not expire, it does not get forgotten in a drawer, and it does not look like every other gift. It is a permanent mark on a real building — with a name, a colour, and a message chosen by you.
For someone special
Buy a pixel in someone's name. Choose the colour, write a message — "For Maria, who always believed in colour" — and send them the link to their permanent spot on the wall.
They will receive a personal page showing exactly where their pixel is on the wall, what colour it is, and what you wrote. A page they can share, revisit, and keep.
Pick any available spot on the wall — or choose a location that means something: near a window, in a corner, right in the centre.
Use their name or a nickname as the pixel's owner. Add a short message — a birthday wish, an inside joke, a dedication.
After purchase you get a personal link — pixarthome.com/pixel/X-Y — that shows exactly their pixel on the wall. Send it by message, email, or print it on a card.
The pixel page includes a downloadable image card — a visual gift certificate showing the pixel, colour, name and message. Ready to send or print.
From 5 EUR. No expiry. No wrapping required.
Choose a pixel to gift →Your place
The wall is filling up.
Your pixel is still available.
There are tens of thousands of pixels on this wall. Each one will eventually be taken. The earlier you join, the more of the empty wall you will have witnessed — and the longer your pixel will have been there.
This is not about being first. It is about being part of something that will outlast a social media post, a trending moment, or a fleeting campaign. The paint dries. The wall stays.

Questions & Answers
Everything you need to know
PixArtHome is one of the most unusual and meaningful gift ideas available — especially for someone who has everything. Instead of a physical object that gets forgotten, you give a permanent mark on a real house wall. A pixel with their name, their colour, their message. It will be there for years. It cannot be lost, returned, or thrown away.
After your payment is confirmed, your pixel is registered in the permanent public registry with your name, country, colour and message. The pixel gets physically painted on the real house wall — with real paint, by human hands — within days of purchase. You also receive a personal pixel page at pixarthome.com/pixel/X-Y that you can share with anyone.
The minimum price is 5 EUR per pixel. You can choose to pay more if you want to support the project. There are no subscriptions, no hidden fees, and no recurring charges. One payment — one permanent pixel on a real wall.
This is completely real. PixArtHome is not an NFT, not a virtual canvas, not a screen. It is a real house in Europe — with a real family living inside. Every pixel is physically painted on the exterior wall with real paint. The wall will remain as a permanent collective artwork.
Absolutely. When purchasing, simply enter the recipient's name as the nickname and write a personal message. After purchase, you receive a personal pixel page link that you can send to them — by message, email, or printed on a card. They will see exactly where their pixel is on the wall, what colour it is, and what you wrote. You can also download a gift card image.
Every pixel has a unique coordinate (X and Y position) on the wall. Your personal pixel page shows exactly where your pixel is located on the wall map. The wall is divided into a precise coordinate grid — each pixel is approximately 5×5 cm on the real surface.
PixArtHome works as a creative gift for birthdays, anniversaries, weddings, graduations, Christmas, Valentine's Day, or simply as a “just because” gift. It is especially popular as a personalised gift for people who are hard to buy for — something truly one of a kind that no shop sells.
Yes. Once painted, the pixel remains on the wall permanently. The house is a private property and the artwork is intended to be a lasting feature of the building. Your name and message also remain in the permanent public digital registry at pixarthome.com.
